Annual General Meeting (GM)

Extraordinary things are happening to your Union of Students and this is a chance to have your say! On Tuesday 5th February at 4pm the Union will be holding an Annual General Meeting (GM), venue TBC. 

This General Meeting taking place involves approving suggested changes to the posts up for election at the end of February - you’ll definitely have an opinion on it, so come down at use your vote to have your say! Agenda:

Standing Items

• Ratification of previous AGM minutes
• Report of the Trustees on the Union's activities since the previous AGM
• Union Accounts approval
• Appointment of the auditors
• List of affiliations to the union
• Open questions to the trustees by members
