Joining one of the Union's Sport Clubs not only gets you active but gives you the opportunity to meet new people, make friends and talk to people with similar interests. These are all very important in supporting University life and making a positive impact on your mental wellbeing.
During Mental Health Week, as part of our Mental Health Awareness Month, we're highlighting some of the Union's sports clubs and their training schedules so you can come and try something new, something old, or something you've always wanted to try.
Improve your mental health with some physical activity, some social interaction, or just a change of scenery.
All our activities have risk assessments in place to ensure a safe and friendly environment, and feel free to email the clubs directly for any further information.
