Design Council is working with BOP and UAL to deliver the next phase of Design Economy 21, a research programme which explores the role that design plays in creating a more just, healthy, and sustainable world.
We would like to invite emerging designers between the ages of 16-25, studying or working in a variety of industries across the country. This limited series workshop aims to test, develop, and iterate an Impact Framework that we are developing to capture the social?and environmental value of design in the UK. Findings from the research will be used to influence policy and inform tools for designers seeking to deliver positive change through their work.
About the Workshop
When: Thursday 2nd December 2021. 3.00 pm - 5.00 pm
Where: Online (Calendar invite and Zoom link to follow)
At this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to meet a diverse group of professionals from across the country and help shape the ongoing evolution of the Impact Framework.
Please contact Tim Dudas from Design Council at tim.dudas@designcouncil.org.uk if you are able to attend this workshop and support in this important design research. We value your experience and input at this stage in your career.
