How to Book

  1. Choose a service – Who do you want to speak to?
  2. Choose a date/time – When do you want to speak to them?
  3. Provide your details – What do we need to know in advance?
  4. Tap 'book' – Finalise the booking and you're done!

Should you need to cancel or change your appointment you can do so by responding to your booking email, or by calling InfoPoint at 01332 591507.

Alternatively, if you book using our online booking system you can click the “manage booking” button on your confirmation email, where you can reschedule or cancel your appointment.
