Any information discussed will remain private and confidential, unless it is believed yourself or someone else is at risk in which case the information may need to be shared externally.
In order to offer you the most effective support our advisors record your information on our secure case management system. If you do not want us to record your information then please let us know by responding to your booking email.
Should you need to cancel or change your appointment you can do so by responding to your booking email, or by calling Info Point at 01332 591507.
Alternatively, if you book using our online booking system you can click the “manage booking” button on your confirmation email, where you can reschedule or cancel your appointment.
