Student Meetings and ASM

Student Meetings are held every other month and give the opportunity for the leaders of our student Communities, Reps, and Officers to come together and make decisions and changes through democratic processes.

All Student Meetings

Every year one Student Meeting is designated an All Student Meeting, and any student can attend and have their vote on the policy and changes proposed. This ensures that the biggest changes made by the Union has the backing of the student body.

12.00pm–2.00pm, room T008 (Kedleston Road) and online

Proxy Nomination Form

Use this form to nominate someone who will be attending the Union ASM to vote on your behalf. Please note that one person can be a proxy for a maximum of five people.

If you're not able to attend the Union ASM you can still vote on the proposals using this form.

Please note that if you submit a vote using this postal voting form you cannot submit a vote if you then attend the ASM, any vote submitted will be not be valid.
