We’re so glad you’re here! 💙 Neurospicy and Friends is a welcoming, student-led community for neurodivergent and disabled individuals, as well as allies, at our university. We celebrate the full spectrum of neurodiversity, including ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette’s, mental health conditions, and all forms of visible and invisible disabilities. Our space is built on understanding, respect, and zero pressure. Whether you’re looking to make friends, share experiences, or exist somewhere you don’t have to mask, you’re welcome here. We recognise that everyone’s needs are different, so we aim to provide flexible, accessible events, from quiet socials and creative sessions to peer support chats and advocacy initiatives. Neurospicy and Friends is about connection without expectation. Come as you are, stim freely, communicate in your own way, and take part at your own pace.
