UOD Motorsport Community proudly represents the passion for everything racing, so if you are a Formula 1 fan, a MotoGP follower, a drift enthusiast, a kart racer, a motorcycle rider or you just want to make friends with the same passion as yours, then Motorsport Society fits you the best.

This year we plan to do karting socials, organise group rides between motorcyclists, throw motorsport watch parties and participate in one of the biggest rental karting competitions in the UK, the British Universities Karting Championship, where with our most successful season 3 years ago, we placed 5th in the UK in the Clubman class.

To participate in the BUKC, you must first attend a test session run by the championship organisers, Club100 this will be booked by our team captain Tom Northcott or our president Ben Sanders. This isn't particularly recommended to beginners as the championship uses 125cc 2-stroke karts that can accelerate from 5-60mph in around 3 seconds and are always run on slick tyres regardless of the weather.

As well as being involved in the racing action ourselves, we will be hosting watch parties for various different series, such as Formula 1, WEC and many more. Our members will also be attending race weekends at many different UK based racing series, especially with Donington Park being right on our doorstep!!

Members will have access to our WhatsApp group chats, as well as our discord server which will primarily be used for the aforementioned IDRS championship.
