Always prep vegetables first! Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
Cut the chicken into strips and fry in oil until completely white (cut the largest piece open to check the colour). Set aside for now.
Add 1 tbsp oil to the wok and fry the onions and garlic until browned.
Add the cooked chicken and stir fry vegetables mix to the wok and fry for four minutes as the noodles are being prepared (and add a sprinkling of soy sauce if desired).
In a separate saucepan, add boiling water to dry noodles and boil for around four minutes (or as directed on the packet)
