Join us for a week of activities and events to help you relax and de-stress.

From arts and crafts, to massages and delicious cakes, there's something for everyone!

Monday

9.15am-3.45pm - Claim your free massage from our Sports Therapy students (must be booked in advance info@derbyunion.co.uk). 

10.00am-4.00pm - The day of our Destresstival Craft Fair in the atrium. Join us in the atrium for badge making and make-your-own bath bombs. Or try out Reiki with Starseed Reiki Healing. Treat yourself to a Gluten Free cupcake, Brownie Points Bakery or candyfloss!

Tuesday

10.00am-4.00pm - Just Paint It (with Events Students) 

6.15pm-8.00pm - Walk from City Centre to Darley Park followed by voluntary litter picking with Good Gym. Email Rachel to sign up

5.00pm-6.00pm - Ballroom/Latin dance class for beginners

6.30pm-8.30pm - Open mic night at Basecamp
