Athlete wellbeing is about more than just physical training it’s about recovery, mindset, and balance. Recovery Room is a calm, supportive space to explore the mental and emotional side of sport and study.
This session includes:
- Guided yoga and mindfulness to calm the mind and aid recovery
- Sleep and rest workshops to support energy and performance
- Nutrition Q&As with practical advice for fuelling both body and brain
- Discussions linking mental health to athletic success and long-term wellbeing
