Our Engineering and Technology Careers Fair at Markeaton Street is your chance to explore career options and meet industry professionals.
This specialist Careers Fair connects you with leading employers from across the engineering and technology sectors who are actively recruiting for graduate roles, placements, and internships. There will be 25+ employers on campus ready to discuss internship, placement, and graduate opportunities. This is your chance to discover exciting career paths, network with industry professionals, and gain insights into what top employers are looking for.
This event is open to all University of Derby students and recent graduates. There will be a ‘quiet hour’ at the fair for anyone who wants to attend the event in a less busy environment. If you would like to attend this session, 10-11am, please book your place here.
Prepare for the Fair
To get the most out of the fair, it's best to do some preparation. Our Career Hub is open Monday – Friday, 10am – 4pm, in MS011, and will be open during the fair too, where you can get advice and support from the Careers and Employment Service on how to approach employers, questions you may want to ask and tips for applying to vacancies.
