It’s Freshers, so what better way to meet new people than with a Pub Golf Give It a Go! Join us for a social evening visiting a mix of student hotspots, historic pubs and affordable venues around Derby.
It’s Freshers, after all! Come along to the Environmental & Sustainability community’s Pub Golf Give It a Go for a fun and social evening exploring some of Derby’s student hotspots, historic pubs and affordable venues.
Pub Golf is all about meeting new people, having a laugh and exploring somewhere new with other students. You’ll be put into small teams of 2–3, giving you an easy way to get chatting and make new friends, whether you already know people in the community or are coming along on your own.
We’ll also have 2–3 committee members acting as referees throughout the evening. They’ll remain sober and help keep an eye on everyone, making sure nobody is left out and that everyone has a safe and enjoyable night. Water and non-alcoholic options are welcome, and there’s absolutely no pressure to drink alcohol to take part.
