GLOBAL GAME JAM

This year, we will be participating in Global Game Jam. All students and staff are welcome to attend and take part. MS213 is booked from 26 January until 30 January. We will be starting at 10:00 on 26 January. Submissions for this will be at 15:00 on 30 January with a short presentation of the games, whether they are complete or not. Support will be available in MS213 for the the week. Global Game Jam is a collaboarative event. You are welcome to work in groups or solo. The theme and more details will be given out when the event starts at 10:00 on 26 January. Awards will be given out for best game, as well as some other categories. The Computing community will be running a list of side quests and giving out prizes for completing them. Please keep an eye out on Discord for further info. There will also be a selection of switch games, board games and card games, much like the gaming social earlier in the year. Feel free to come along just to play games and inspire the jammers.
