Midwifery Conference- Minorities in Maternity

The annual Midwifery society conference this year will focus on minorities in maternity care. We will have a range of speakers discussing topics such as FGM and Neurodiversity.
There will be stalls during the lunch break selling a range of midwifery related items and also charities and organisations providing information to students and other attendees.
The day will be a great learning day for staff and students, allowing everyone to increase their knowledge on subjects that would not ordinarily be taught in such depth throughout the midwifery degree.
