Well, it's certainly not a typical start to the new year and we know that many of you are facing all sorts of challenges with the current lock-down. Keeping active is really important in difficult times such as these, and exercise can provide a much needed re-boot as well as help your wellbeing.
We therefore thank you for your interest in taking part in this, our third virtual run and walk event, and hope that it gives you a little lock-down lift.
The Reboot Run or Walk simply aims to provide an opportunity to engage in a flexible and safe running/walking 'event' from home. You can take-part in the Re-boot Run or Walk between Monday 18 January and Sunday 14 February. You're target is to complete three runs/walks over the four weeks.
You have a choice of completing either
- three x 5k runs/walks
- one x 5k and two x 8ks (3 miles/5 miles)
- two x 1.6k/1 mile walks, for those with mobility issues
