The evolving situation in Ukraine may be distressing to many of our students who are worried about family and friends who are in the country or the surrounding region. 

Seeing the constant news of the conflict may cause an increased sense of anxiety- please make sure you are looking after yourself by speaking to your friends and family and being mindful of the amount of news and social media you’re viewing.
