We have partnered with Morrisons on their humanitarian appeal for Ukraine and set up a donation box at InfoPoint at Kedleston Road.

We are collecting donations of:

  • Plasters and bandages
  • Paracetamol and ibuprofen (please ensure that these are in date)
  • Baby essentials (but not formula) As of Friday 4th March, we can no longer accept nappies or baby wipes due to lack of storage.
  • Toiletries (unused and unopened please)
  • Hats, gloves & scarves

You can also help by:

  1. Donating to the British Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal who will be sending food, clean water and warm clothes to those affected.
  2. Supporting the Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain (AUGB) campaign #HelpUkraineEmergencyAppeal by donating to the GoFundMe. This campaign supports by sending the money and resources donated to charities in Ukraine who can distribute according to need.
  3. Only sharing information from trusted sources – You don’t have to donate your time or money but please check the information that you share. Spreading misinformation can be needlessly damaging. If you are unsure, please ask for references!
  4. Making your voice heard! Share as much fact-based information as you can. Write to your local MP to impose severe sanctions against the Russian invasion and support for the people of Ukraine.
