In collaboration with BA (Hons) Creative Expressive Therapies students, the Union will be offering University of Derby students the opportunity to sign up and participate in Creative Workshops.
In collaboration with BA (Hons) Creative Expressive Therapies students, the Union will be offering University of Derby students the opportunity to sign up and participate in Creative Workshops.
The creative workshops aim to build self-esteem, confidence, interaction and wellbeing, they will be a safe and creative environment to enable individuals to make their own creative mark.
The workshops could include activities such as;
- Mark making
- Movement
- Expression through music making
- Crafting
- and many more!
But these will be fully tailored towards each group, making sure all can get involved.
The Creative Expressive Model is intended to increase confidence and encourage people to be expressive. You can join as an individual as a way to meet others or join us as as society group or club.
These sessions will not focus on life’s problems or aim to work with a specific pathology. It is to focus on the positive wellbeing and creative outlet.
