We offer playing opportunities to players of all levels, competing in BUCS Football and Futsal, as well as offering the social opportunity to play in a local 5 aside league. This will be our third season with our coach, Mark Russell, and we are hoping to continue our training to improve on the foundations we have already built!
We will also be focusing on the continued improvement of our development team who has been promoted into BUCS this year due to huge successes last year! After a huge success winning the league with our first team in her first season with us, Hannah Roberts our futsal coach is looking to continue this momentum following our promotion into BUCS tier 1.
We also welcome players who would like to train but not play matches. We have additional opportunities, including intrasquad friendlies and tournaments. We also offer the 5 aside team as an opportunity for players to play without pressure, particularly for those who do not want to competitively play or just build up more confidence! Lastly, there are plenty of other socialising opportunities such as lasertag and bowling!
Training times are Monday evenings 4:30-6pm on the upper pitch (football) and Friday evenings 5:30-7pm in the sports hall (futsal). As well as training, BUCS home games take place at the University of Derby Sports Centre on the upper pitch. A strength and conditioning session is also offered to members of our first teams at at subsidised price.
How much is it to join?
Our membership cost is £80, which is a one time fee. This helps us as a club cover numerous club runnings such as coaches, pitch hire, kit, equipment, and referees for all five teams (two BUCS futsal, two BUCS football and 5 aside). This will be reduced for the second half of the season to £40 from January onwards!
We also offer a training membership only, for those who either havent decided if they want to play yet or those building their confidence. This is a £40 one time fee, and if you change your mind about playing, you can just top this up to a full membership when ready!

Every Wednesday we meet for a social which our social secs run! We dress to a theme which changes every week and have a fun night out in Popworld! We also run sober socials at least once a month, every member is welcome to both!
