extensions for all students with a disability

    Current
    • Assignments and Exams
    • Accessibility
    • Equality
Previously students with a disability (including learning disabilities such as dyslexia etc) have a support plan and the ability to have an extension for assignments and dissertation which has now been taken away as one student informed to make it 'a level playing field' rather than using RAC. How is it a 'a level playing field' for a disabled student not to have the extra support in order to support them, as we have a learning disability means we process the information differently and need it

If you believe your situation is not being adjusted for, please reach out to our Advice Service, that way we can see the quantity of instances and feed that information into meetings we have to lobby the University for the benefit of students.
