    Overhaul of room bookings system

    The Bookings team can take a long time to get back to you with bookings, which has led to societies having to find a room on the night of a meeting, only to have to leave 30 minutes later due to a class having already booked that room. Additionally, I think waiting for InfoPoint to forward your request onto RB before confirmation slows down the process; a system where you could see available rooms and book them from within the (quite good) online form might work better.

3:28pm on 10 Mar 19 Also there is the case of Societies having booked a room, received the booking confirmation and then finding out on the day that the university has booked that same room at the same time for one of their events or meetings.
