    We all know that exercise helps reduce cortisol (stress hormone) levels; boosting mood, improving concentration and generally helping you to feel good, but only if you can get to the gym after your weekend study session (especially essential for students who work and study). Longer opening hours at the weekend (past 5pm) will improve health, wellbeing and promote productive studying and more relaxed students.
