2:06pm on 14 Oct 19 I think this is a good idea to promote fitness and mental wellbeing. Perhaps either run by a society, or offered by the Multi-Faith centre, like how they offer yoga?

I know one of our lecturers also goes to these style of classes to help with her own wellbeing so would be great to see this become available for students :) I bet this is something Jade and the girls from DOTS would love to include somehow too :)

10:47am on 19 Feb 20 I'd be interested in attending classes in Tai Chi. If it is done through the Sports Center then there is the space to accommodate the class.
