Currently the meal deals within Keddies are unclear as to whats in what meal deal. There's a wide range of foods, however actually understanding what is in what offer (which is further confused by the grades of the meals deals) has left me confused. Also the fact that some products have been taken off this year from the deals hasn't helped this fact.

7:49pm on 15 Oct 19 there is also false advertising. i've seen a meal deal pamflet with a coke bottle, and when i went to the till i've been told i must buy a can, not a bottle which obviously have different quantities..

12:59pm on 16 Oct 19 Its really unclear, and the options are so limited. Eg. you basically have to pay extra if you want anything other than basic walker's crisps or a cheese sandwhich.

12:14pm on 18 Oct 19 It really is unclear as to what is or isnt, i struggle talking to people so instead of asking would prefer to just not buy anything at all. Having clearer signs for what is available will encourage more people to buy.

1:29pm on 28 Oct 19 Hi All, I am the retail manager for Keddies, Street and Mill stores. Firstly I would like Thank you for your comments around the meal deal. The meal deals are set each year by the National Union of Students (NUS) who work with companies like walkers, Coca-Cola and Ginsters to provide the two meal deals. They also conduct market research across Universities in the UK to determine what types of meal deals students want. The reason why we have two scales of meal deal is to provide extra choice for people to upgrade their meal deal. We also get all of our posters, shelf edge stripping and shelf barkers from NUS too. I would be more than happy to meet up to discuss how we can make the meal deal signage better for you to navigate. please do give me an email on josh.reed@derbyunion.co.uk.
