Water coolers on every floor on main uni floor

I believe this on every floor would save time for us students when we leave the class to fill up our bottles or if we are in a hurry going to a class.

Sarah Cooke: 7pm on 18 Oct 19 What do you mean on every floor on main uni floor? Also it should be across the board. One outside the library would be great.
