    Put together a small fund through which Programme reps. can apply for reimbursements for duties such as reimbursements for printing off official documents, meeting minutes, feedback questionnaires, etc in order to complete there duties.

5:05pm on 25 Oct 19 Would booking a laptop help you in meetings? The cost isn't so much the issue just the administration of 800 reps accessing this may be challenging (and potential sustainability of printing). It may be the programmes could help you for Programme Committee Meetings?
