    Water in fountains to be just below room temperature

    To be more specific, the water coming from water fountains should be cool enough to be tasty, but not so cold that the temperature would take away from the taste of the water and possibly even freeze parts of your mouth if you drink it. Plus, the closer the water is to room temperature, the more easily absorbable it is!
