    No "Halls only" events/trips

    A lot of the super interesting and fun events are "halls exclusive", like for example the recent trip to alton towers in october for scare fest. not all students are able to live in halls, and it seems like it needlessly excludes a bunch of people from meeting new people and socializing based on where they live.
