    Standardise the cost for coffee in your own cup at Blends

    I have been charged from £1.95 to £2.40 for the same drink in my own cup at Blends (vanilla latte). It seems to be on the whim of whoever is serving. When I have queried the cost I am always advised that it is correct, how can that be when it is always different? There should not be this discrepancy, there should be a set price that all staff are aware of.

11:24am on 16 Jan 20 There is a set drink cost for drink in your own cup (drink price - cup discount). It be difficult for blends staff to have to guess how many ounces your drink is (additionally many cups tend to be in the middle of two sizes). Simply say your drink size when ordering and it solves the problem.
