Expired Ideas

Would it be possible to speed up the service in Blends. There seems to be at times a lack of team work and pace that usually you would find in a coffee shop at busy periods. Many people wait for a relatively long time at 'peak' times but the pace of the staff doesn't seem to change. Additionally, many people walk in and then walk out of the queue due to the length of time it takes. I don't know if the solution is more effective team leadership or training to employees but thought I'd raise.
