    Allow students to create anonymous complaints regarding lecturers, this will help to prevent the fear of backlash and consequences that your complaint will cause. I've been very much wanting to make a complaint regarding the behaviour of one of my lecturers, almost making me feel bullied and causing lots of stress but I fear, because my lecturer already hates me, I can't complain.
