    Surely I am not the only one going to a cashpoint, drawing £10.00 out, going to a shop to buy a freddo just to get change for the parking machines at Kedleston Road? Please provide students with the option of paying by debit card. Mornings are stressful enough especially for students with children who have to do the school run before trying to get a parking space at 9am before they all run out? Please vote!!!!

11:18am on 28 Feb 20 I would support this idea, as it is really stressful for me to get change every morning and would not want to buy a 50p chocolate just to get change. While I can pay by bank card.

7pm on 10 Mar 20 I second this, it’s a nightmare. We car share to try and help with spaces/cost/environment etc, but when we live in a society that is becoming “cashless” this is such a pain! Not to mention I buy things in the shop I don’t need just to get change. Changing the machines to accept cards could be costly, lots of places have added online/app options for payment which may be more cost effective?!
