    To address the current lack of dietary options for people who have coeliac disease and are therefore intolerant to gluten. I have noticed in the university on campus shop, specifically Kedleston Road, you sell a number of sandwiches/wraps/pasta/snack options, including vegan, and vegetarian. These options are for people who have chosen this lifestyle. However, being coeliac and having a gluten intolerance is not. Starbucks+blends dont sell GF food options either. Please consider this? Thank you.

3:49pm on 9 Feb 21 It is a massive issue. At least few options would be great. In the hot food section I've always created confusion for staff by asking questions. I don't feel comfortable and always holding up queue.
