    Union should lobby MPs to reduce student debt as a result of covid and loss of quality university experience.

    Considering university being unable to reimburse fees for this year, the union should instead focus on lobbying government to reduce the student debt we have to pay back once we finish university. This reduction in our debt should be reflective of the reduced quality of experience due to covid. Whilst we can start with Derby Student Union and our local MPs here, if would be possible to form a coalition with multiple Unions whos students would also benefit and likely support this.
