    Due to covid, there may be no Physical contacts so this can be arranged virtually. New students who have identified with various societies in the University can have arranged pickups and if possible, temporal accommodation upon arrival to help new students settle in. This could be at a subsidized cost on the students. New students may find it hard to get to campus and sort themselves out as well. The union can work with the societies to achieve this.
