    PGR finance alignment

    If a PGR student is financed by student loans, the university finance system does not accommodate for enrollment confirmation (as you cannot pay 25% without the loan, and cannot get the loan without confirmation of enrollment). Every year a loan-financed PGR student has to set up a "debt payment plan" with finance and send in supporting documents, even though ALL loans funded PGR students have the same issue and have the same schedule as undergrad. This should be accomadated for.
