    This initiative would support a sense of solidarity among black students at the university and be a reminder about the strength, perseverance, and fortitude of the black community despite any racial issues being faced. The black power fist can also serve as a good conversation starter around any progressive black movements taking place locally and internationally, whilst also being a gentle voice to encourage and support anti-racism.
