    I think the SEA should have benefits such as paid holiday/paid annual leave, cycle to work scheme, discounts for opticians etc like permanent staff do (at least for full-time roles). They have a holiday rate, but it is very small compared to normal, so in months that University closes such as Christmas/Easter, it's not enough. Also, students will need to take days off during assessment periods and the fact we have to choose between getting a good mark and affording our rent doesn't seem fair.
