    Disallow food on the silent floor of the library

    'Silent study zone' shouldn't just refer to people not talking. Being considerate for those with deadlines should also include no ridiculously crunchy crisp packets and any other loud food items. Not sure if people are just not self-aware but it's a lot louder than you would think and the noise carries throughout the whole silent floor of the library. To be honest I'm not sure how this would be enforced but any ideas are welcome.
