    Stop lecturers repeating inductions

    Induction week is there for students to familiarise themselves with the uni and their courses, great! But affter sitting through 2 days dedicated to that, lecturers then repeat it all during class for those that didn't turn up. I spent 3 hours sitting through everything that was spoken abount in induction AGAIN. Let students catch up in their own time, if there are only 12 weeks of teaching lets have them be used for actual teaching
