    Food outlets to use TooGoodToGo or Olio to reduce food waste

    Most days, the staff at Eat Central throw out a large trolley of sandwiches and salads etc (they do try to give it to people as they pass through the atrium, but food is still wasted despite this). This is such a waste, when there are people struggling to feed themselves. I think it would be great if they could use TooGoodToGo or Olio to reduce this waste. This could also be used for the union outlets where perishable food is sold too.
