    Could the university invest in a covered, lockable bike storage unit in order to encourage people to cycle to university to improve their mental health through exercise. While it is possible to lock a bike up currently, students have concerns about it being in the open, in the rain, and it makes it much easier for someone to steal a bike in the open.
