    Allow students to have a Hall pet in the student dormitories if all flatmates agree to it.

5:23pm on 26 May 25 I love animals, but this is very badly thought out... You haven't factored in basic animal care, increased cost taken from loans, allergies, potential damage to accom, and the LONG-TERM. What would happen to the pet after? Only one person taking it after every flatmate had paid towards it?
