    Make uni buses free for those travelling from outside Derby

    With the added cost of the uni buses, travelling to uni if you are coming via train is going to be upwards of £15 a day for most students. Walking from the train station to university is not an option due to the 50 minute walk. Have those travelling on the train show a train ticket with their uni card to make the bus free for those travelling from out of Derby.

5:15pm on 26 May 25 Uni buses should be free for everyone, it was one of the selling points for a LOT of students who enrolled. It's a real punch in the gut that they're starting to charge, and RIGHT AFTER accepting students for September 2025
