    Allow students to borrow books from the university library over the summer break. My course finished at the end of May and doesn't start back until September. That's 4 months off. 4 months that could be used to utilise the Library's resources and be more prepared ready for the start of next year. Instead, books have to be returned over the summer and students who can't afford the buy the books have no opportunity for extra preparation.
