Hi, my name is Wendy Asante and I am currently a member and a secretary of Pensa Derby (a Christian youth society that takes place on campus).
I would be honoured to be the next Faith & Belief Officer, as I believe that it is important for all voices to be heard regardless of an individual’s faith or belief. I am here to encourage peace, love and unity in our community for both students and staff across the board.
We ought to ensure that religious freedom is maintained so that every single one us can practice our faith without fear of prosecution.
