Hello, my name is Amy and I am running for position of Student Parent & Carers Officer.
I am currently a student representative as I find it very rewarding representing peoples views and helping where I can.
The skills I have from being a student representative so far allow me to address concerns, turn to other peers for advice and try to become involved in decisions that benefit everyone overall.
I came into eduction to study Adult Nursing and as a parent myself, I feel I have a great degree of empathy making me suitable for this role.
I aim to get voices heard, and make any positive changes I can whilst being an approachable representative to come to.
