My names Oliver Corden and I am going for the 3rd team manager for next season as I feel I would bring a different type of playing style that can win the league, my attitude towards players will play a significant role as I can gain relationships where I can give them confidence to play at there best and win everything.
I have experience of winning as I have won the league helping stapleford town U14 gain promotion from division 2 on sundays, so I have that kind of experience.
My training sessions will be planned out each week to make sure I get the most out of the players as a team.
I have the experience and the right attitude to ensure that the team heads in the right direction as Ryan (current 3rd team gaffer) has left me with the right foundation and the right players to win everything we possibly can.
