Hi, my names Harry Lambourne and I am running for 5s manager for next season. I would like the roll as it has been something I have always wanted to do, and enjoy the aspect of coaching and managing a football team. I feel like I’d be a good match for the roll because I’m a confident and loud person within the 5s and throughout the season with a good relationship with all the boys in the team.
I feel like with keeping the majority of the squad and at the time of uploading this with the title charge the team have put together we have a very strong team and have no reason why we cannot win the league next season as we have only spent a year together and will only get better. Having being second in the league with a game to go I feel like this is a realistic goal.
Here are a few main aims for the upcoming season;
- win the league,
- Planned training sessions,
- High standards within the team,
- Pushing players to attend socials on Wednesdays.
