We are currently recruiting students who are in their second year or above to be PAL Leaders to those under the same discipline in first and foundation years.
Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) is a scheme in which a PAL Leader (in year 2+) supports students in their first and foundation years within their discipline by supporting with their transition to university and academic study.
The job requirements of a PAL leader are very flexible and the working pattern can easily be adapted to work around study or personal commitments.
